I appreciate that this was a new company, but the computers should be set up correctly. As it was, we were waiting over an hour for our vehicle as the computer and printer weren't working properly, which made us very late for an important meeting. The staff were very pleasant but it was very stressful for them also. There was no manual with the car, which made it difficult to understand some of the functions, and the gps didn't even find the address to return the vehicle! I think the gps needs updating. I had a 1250 pound excess on the car, which I hadn't anticipated, and that amount was frozen on my bank card - what happens if someone doesn't have that amount of money to freeze??? We were told that, even if an accident wasn't my fault, the money would be taken, and I would have to go to court and sort it out myself, which made it a very stressful 15 days, especially when driving around London. All these things spoiled the fact that the car was lovely.
