Nothing is ever quite what is seems, prepaid on internet but had to buy extra things at the desk in order to take the car away. Was given an 'upgrade' from a fiesta to a 4x4 mitsubishi warrior as there were no cars available that we had booked, we weren't able to refuse the upgrade without a 10 hour wait and when asking questions regarding the extra costs of petrol for a much less efficient car was given non answers and jokes. Just wanted a simple, easy understandable car deal, but spent much time confused, paying more than quoted and spending almost twice the rental cost on petrol for a car we didn't want.
