Value for money is perhaps the most positive aspect that is to mention about Easirent at Luton Airport. It was indeed the cheapest offer for the timeframe that I needed a car for.
Transfer to Airparks - also fine. Even if it was rather 15 than the acclaimed 5 min.
Then, at Airparks, nobody seemed to know about Easirent at first. A busy whizzing man finally turned out to be my Easirent contact.
I was led to a kid's table + chair (judging by the size) inside the Airparks Check-in pavillon , and had to provide about a dozen signatures in 1-2 minutes of speed talk by the Easirent clerk.
Then, I was not surprised - but disappointed - to see my vehicle, a dented Hyundai i20 (maybe the cheapest alternative in the 'VW Polo or similar'-category...)
Long story short: car dirty + smelly, infant seat half defective, not mounted + smelled like from junkyard...
Driving ok, no problems, but the car seemed very worn-down, strange noises from foot pedals...

Upon returning the car, I had to wait 10+ min. until the same clerk showed up, no check-out signature, receipt or confirmation of any kind. Bluntly asked for the key back, walked around the vehicle, said it looked good + drove off!

Will never use Easirent again. Nor recommend.
