I had used the Easirent branch based in Wigan, the lady there had always been very nice i thought until the past few rentals.
I had hired a car on 2 previous occassions had payment taken only to find out the day before there was no car for me, it ruined my whole trip, nothing was ever done about it and i was actually shouted at and reduced to tears.
Also be aware of the 25/30 fuel charge that they just take from your card without telling you and it does not cost that much for the amount of fuel given.
It is a shame because this company had so much potential, right price etc but the customer care given is so horrific I would recommend using a more reputable company that will ensure you have a car and not have to wait 5 days for one to become available with not even so much of an apology but instead verbal abuse.
