We hired a car with 2 days notice and they were at least 30% cheaper than anyone else so we were prepared for a difficult experience. Wrong!
The voucher arrived promptly to my mobile with all the details. They picked us up from the airport and the guy was very efficient and friendly, spoke loads of languages (we only needed English). Got a car with so many dents and scratches they said we didn't need to worry about scratching it any more. Inside, reasonably clean but fine. We drove it to within 7km of the 700km limit, took it back where another friendly staff member efficiently booked the car back in and drove us back to the airport (she was Roumanian and spoke lots of languages, particularly Catalan with NO accent and English). Excellent! I have recommended them to 4 friends already and we'll be using them again next year.
