I booked a VW Touran (a 7-person car) with Doyouspain and they confirmed the booking. The car had to be picked up at Europecar.

At Europecar they gave me a Seat Altea (much smaller car, max 5 persons). Europecar explained that they have received a reservation for another/cheaper category than VW Touran. They asked me to complain with Doyouspain, because they made their job stressful because of this.

I complained by email with Doyouspain, but even after a week no reaction.

So in short, in my case:

- Doyouspain did not deliver what they promissed, they make cheaper reservations with third parties.

- Doyouspain has no proper customer service, if you have a problem, don't expect any help from them.
