Use this company at your peril. As with many other disgruntled customers they will not respond to emails or answer the phone.
I booked a Peugeout 107 becasue they were offering a free upgrade to a 5 Door Renault Clio. When booking it stateD that the upgrade is only available if you pay up front, so we did. Unsurprisingly when the voucher came through it failed to mention anything about the upgrade so I tried calling and sending emails to clarify - to date no response and I don't expect one.
Alas the woman at the car hire firm, Goldcar, just laughed at us when we mentioned the upgrade - they never offer free upgrades! We spent the week in a 3 door Fiat Panda that didn't like corners.
