I was attracted by their claim to "not rip off " and offer Full to Full fuel policy, as so many of us are ripped off in Spain by the Full to empty which always is in the favour of the car hire supplier. So was annoyed to find on arrival the car was with "full to empty" plus I reserved a Ford Focus and got an Opem Corsa- smaler car.

On my return to UK I have e mailed them twice and no response, other than an e mail to book next year- I think not- VERY poor service and Customer Response, avoid them or get them to put in writing before you book exactly what you are getting.
