“BUYER BEWARE cancellation costs not refunded in full ”

Do to the bad reviews I decided to cancel my reservation, they still debited my credit card using an exchange rate 4% below the offical euro to GBP rate. The following day they refunded the amount in euros using an exchange rate 4% above the official rate.
Net result is my cancellation cost 8% of the car total hire cost, this kind of profiteering is why this company has such bad reviews.
AVOID!
