they seemingly offer you a good price, but on taking the car I had to pay almost 3 TIMES THE PRICE! all kinds of charges, insurance etc; I was lured into a car from RECORDRENTACAR in MALLORCA, I don't know if they are involved in this if you book directly to them but also beware of them!
Complained to recordrentacar on our return and got a refund of €14 big deal! What a rip off never use them again and the Goldcar employee was a sour faced miserable woman who didn't want to help with anything. Make sure you don't buy the 'extra' insurance deal another rip off which we didn't partake of. It seems all the carhire companys at mallorca are now using this "pay for a full tank return empty no refunds" rip off - why can't someone do something about this?
they are crooks, you will pay the price \, don't do it, beware!, miserable company, don'tyouspain this one you will be poor soon

Couldn't agree more! Having purchased car rental from DYS I was charged for the rental again on my credit card that was used as the deposit against vehicle damage. Needless to say there was no damage and the second invoice clearly states rental. Despite trying to contact DYS 3 times I have had no response! But they keep sending me offers from Claire and Jose! Not only that I booked and paid for a Renault Clio 5 door and got a 1 l Kia Picanto! So what about the upgrade if car ordered is not available. I complained about that and no response!

If you dont buy the extra Ins for 50 euro you will pay everything if you have a accident ! or the windscreen breaks or you ruin a tyre ! they are not crooks but you sound like a Miser who wanted a cheep car for nothing and would you sooner have a get full tank and return a full tank ! you would then more than likely say it wasnt full when you got it anyway .....my advise is Go to Hertz and Pay a lot more
