I book a 5 door ford fusion or similar. When I can to pick up the car the man said you have only booked a small car. I showed him the paperwork and he said your agent is wrong. I tried ringing do you Spain 18 times and no answer. He then said your one case will not fit in the boot of the car you have booked. I had a family of four, two adults a five year old and a one year old. He said you simply won't fit into this car. I ended up paying an extra 100euro for a vw polo, so you can imagine how big the other car was. I feel scammed as you cannot get a responce.
