We always shop around for car hire as we go away for 4 weeks at a time. Doyou always come up with the best price and although I have never yet had the Renault Scenic I had hoped for the Ford CMax we had this time was excellent.
If I need to contact them I call them in Spain rather than email.
The only problem we had was the terrible wait at the Gold Car booking desk which was not Doyou's fault.
If anyone can find a more reasonable in-terminal car hire company please let me know.

Autoreisen - , what you see is what you pay -return the car with same amount in tank, therefore no ridiculous fuel charge. Extra driver included.I was charged tax by Do you Spain/Goldcar as well as surcharge for a deisel car which I didnt request (for which I was eventually refunded). Baldy tyre,no wheel trims, dirty. The list of hidden extras and rip-offs is endless. I strayed from Autoreisen once because the up front price looked good - never again!!!
