I waited for an hour to get me car with good humour which evaporated when ordered to pay E100 for fuel . I expected a small fuel charge on full to empty but this was way ott, the car was only E85 for the week !
I refused to pay and offered to bring it back full, but the rude clark told me to please move the the side and CANCELLED my booking !

I told everyone in the line they were rip off merchants and dragged my poor family though 2 bus rides and a cab journey to our destination where i proceeded to hire a car for 2/3 the total cost these guys wanted.
