Discountcar.com A company that doesn't like customers clearly. We turned up at Vancouver airport on 26th Dec and we were asked to get a taxi to their offices to get the car. When we got there, the offices were closed and they had a sign up saying 'sorry we have no cars even if you have a reservation' which we did!! The sign has been put up on 23rd December, but no communication to its customers about the fact it had no cars and no follow up afterwards. Left us stranded with 5 people at Vancouver airport! Customer service, what customer service??
