Had to wait over 2 months to get our 950 euros deposit back it seems they are doing to everyone now and you have to sent email after email to get it back just imagine how much money on interest they are making on our money keeping it in their bank.You have been warned DO NOT USE DICKMANNS CAR HIRE!!!

Dear Sir,

we apolegise for any delay caused and will improve in the future this situation.
Please take note that we do not made money on interest, as we had bank charges for the use of our credit-card machines and gestion when charging and refunding. We need to give any alternative to the customers and they have the choice the deposit or insurance. We advise about posible delays and clarify any mistake through our customerservice department. No deposit has been retained or not reembursed until today to any customer.
