We have rented from Dickmanns over the last 4 + years and have been absolutely delighted with the service which is always 100% reliable. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff is second to none. We have recommended our friends who are also happy with the service. Great company!!

Of corse allways with the top up Insurance!!!

The comment "of corse allways with the top up insurance" sounds more like a sales pitch than a genuine customer's remark. Why would any hirer make that statement?

Hello Mr. Jimbo8449,

because we had the problem with another company, we lost our Deposit.

I don´t know which problem do you had with them, but if you would taken their "Top up insurance" you wouln´t have a problem now.

Interesting! You say that you don't know what my problem was but you think the top-up insurance would have solved it. How can you and why do you make that statement when you are not aware of the issue was. Customers have the right to make their own insurance arrangements without Dickmanns using that as an opportunity to take money from customers' credit cards to which they are not entitled and a lot of comments on this website has proven that they have done just that.
