Stay well away from this company! I have not had my 400 euros returned despite them assuring me that it has been. I have taken the matter up with my credit card company and am now going through what appears to be a lengthy procedure to get my money returned,

After reading some of the comments on here I do not understand why the credit card company's do not take their facilities away from them as they are obviously rouge traders! Surely if they do not have the afore mentioned facilities they can no longer operate there scams!!!

After speaking to my credit card company, the problem they have is that the "rip off" practice is widespread even including the big boy hire companies. Their issue is that they may have to consider withdrawing their facilities from most if not all of the car hire firms.
