“SCAM”

What is Dickmanns doing ?? Charged me 200 euros after returning to England, and only after contacting them, saying that I have returned the car with scratches - which we did not !!! Apparently if we had told them that the car had been scratched our insurance would have covered it but because we did not report they are saying this is negligance !!!!!! WE DID NOT REPORT BECAUSE AS FAR AS WE WERE CONCERNED THERE WAS NOTHING TO REPORT. Car jet are looking into this but cant believe that they are not being more forceful as I have read that this has recently been done to other car hirers. Surely they cannot get away with this !!!!!!!!

I have had a similar experience as yourself and have written a review entitled mugged. I was advised by the European consumers association after contacting trading standards today to have as many people as possible log with them their problem with Dickmanns and they may be able to address the issue. Please do this.
