Delpaso are very dishonest. I was charged 360 Euros for a scratch that I am certain was on the car at collection, but unfortunately I did not notice.

The car was already very scratched. When I remonstrated they said that when you pay so little for a car, what do you expect. It is therefore clear that this how they make money in the low season.

This is not to pay for the damage because they obviously won't repair it.

The hire car agencies like holidayautos.co.uk should boycot them and the insurance companies providing excess insurance should realise they are being ripped off by Delpaso.
