DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

What a terrible company to deal with. Wish we had read the reviews before booking, but as we had been let down with car hire twice and our holiday close plus the added stress of it being over the christmas period we just booked ourselves whatever we could. The first thing is they try to sell you extra insurance cover which I told her we had already bought, this is where her tone changed and she got quite angry that we wouldn't purchase it through them. She then told us about the marks already on the car and said she had noted them down which turns out on return of the car she hadn't. So then the problems start they say you have damaged the front bumper ( pretty much same as all the reviews on here) and you have to pay they won't listen to anything you tell them because basically they are always right !! And it would have been on the paper we were given, then they ask if you checked the car we said no it was dark, they said there was lights, there wasn't they also ask did you take pictures as they recommend, they don't, so basically that's that. They know you have to get to the airport so there is nothing much you can do so like lots of other people faced with a charge of 363 euros, which I have put into dispute with my credit card provider. Please don't use this company for your car hire.
