Rip Off

Just returned from trip to Malaga and inadvertently used Del Paso, I had searched for a "full to full" petrol tank option and Argus came up but the local providers were Del Paso. Very unimpressed with them taking €98.34 for a full tank of petrol for a category A car which had to be returned EMPTY. I told them that I had booked a "full to full" option and they pointed to small print in the agreement that said this term only applied to 2-3 day rentals.

In addition, they put tremendous pressure on us to purchase further insurance and threatened "you are responsible for costs if there is ANY damage". I photographed the car extensively before we took it on the road and again on return and made sure they saw me.

In regard to them giving each car a thorough service when it is returned, we saw another client drive away in our returned car while we were waiting for the courtesy coach to take us back to the airport - 10 mins later!!!
