I would like to thank Daddy Car Hire for their service. I had an accident with my car last week and I couldn't use it so I booked a car online from Daddy from a depot about 4 miles away from my home. I intended to get a taxi to go and collect it, but I rang them up to see if it was possible to deliver and they did! I had the car 30 minutes later. My work involves delivering goods so I'm very thankful for the fast service they offered. (read more)

Earlier this month we hired a car from Daddy at Nice Airport. It was a short walk from the arrivals area, all signposted, and it only took about 20 minutes to sort out paperwork and learn the controls before we were on our way. I tried this site as I found the rates were very cheap and they claimed to use the larger companies to supply the cars. They didn't mention the supplier before you booked, but straight after the booking they confirmed all the details and the supplier. It ended up to be Europcar. I checked the price Europcar and it was more expensive so it looks like Ive made a good saving. Lets see when how the rental goes! (read more)

As a previous employee of Avis Rent a Car, I have to say Daddy Car Hire offer a very good service all round. Their process is very simple and easy, and their prices are even cheaper than I was able to get through my discounts with Avis. I rarely choose any other supplier to Avis but from now on I will go back to Daddy not just for the price but for the customer service which I found much more professional and they had a better choice of vehicles available. We was able to book quickly and easily online. There site has all the info we needed so there was no need to contact them by phone. We has to amend our booking slightly and again we could do this online in a matter of minutes. Very impressive! The car was also first class, it came from Hertz so that's what you would expect. In 2010 we booked a car with Car Hire 3000 and had a terrible experience so we did more research this year and found Daddy Car Hire. The service we received was excellent! They are a smaller broker than most so they look after their customers much better.
