We hired these coaches for a Geology fieldtrip for approximately 65 people. The drivers were excellent, extremely professional, despite our demanding itinerary. We were happy with their service. They were prompt on answering calls and emails and their service is professional. The transfer coaches were of better quality than the tour coach. The transfer driver was waiting when we arrived with our group which helps. How can they improve? We are a footbal team from Norway who needed a coach to take us from Salou to Barcelona and back again. We were offered a deal thru our travel company that we found rather expensive, and after getting a offer from CoachesinSpain.com we got a price about 40% lower. We ordered the car-hire for a day-trip to Besalu, Figueres and Girona two months before our travel date. KJ travel is the best price we obtained after serveral quotations from other travel agencies. We are a party of 12 people and we just expected a 16-seat minibus. On the travel date, a big coach parked outside our hotel and we didn't think it was the bus ready for us. Surprise! We arranged for a van rental in Barcelona for 2 days on 26th and 27th October. The first day was a kind of disappointment. We expected an 8 seater van for our small group but were surprised to get a large tour bus instead. We were glad that vehicle was on time at the cruise terminal, but the driver did not speak any English. Everything was great and easily booked - we asked for plenty of room for 9 people and expected a bus for 13 people as per website. Ended up with a 55 seater which, apart from laughing comments from my customers about not being able to count, was a bit tricky at two of the vineyards were inaccessible (I don't think we would have made it in the 13 seater either) (read more)

Having booked this coach online for my golfing trip with a gang of lads to Montecastillo, I was unsure what level of service we would receive. I have to say, it was quite exceptional and I would recommend them to anyone that needs to travel with a large party. All the drivers were very nice and very helpful. Two of the drivers really struggled with the English langauge which meant there was little interaction, this wasnt an issue. The quality of the coaches ranged from exceptional (leather bound chairs with tables), to adequate (old, a tad scruffy, struggled with space) Out of hours service was very helpful as we did have one collection which was 25 minutes late. Hi, Great service, really friendly driver arrived in El Prat Airport Barcelona and was friendly and helpful, wanted to engage and was generally interested in us even though it was 10pm at night. Facilitated six massive bike boxes and worked hard. Waited for 30 minutes for second plane and had no issue with it. He also helped us to unpack and did some translation with the hotel. The response of KJ Travel was fantastic from the quotation process through to the actual transport they arranged for us. Our driver was very polite, could communicate perfectly in English and we felt quite safe with him and his driving. The transport vehicle was new, clean and spacious.
