Rented a car with full insurance, when we returned the car the found a small scratch in front of the car undercthe bumper. I did not look when i took the car because it was in the night. They charged me 60 euro for thatand told me that i had the insurance with anotger company and i should claim the money there. a small. They charge 72 euro for a full tank and you have to bring the car back empty. It is not possible to empty that car on a small island like that. This i knew before but stil find it a strange rule. Never ever again with centauro

Hi, if you had taken the full insurance you wouldn´t have been charged for any bodywork damage. If you had insurance with another company then we need to charge you, provide you with an invoice and then you claim from your insurance, for this reason you bought their insurance, so they would cover your claim. If you need an invoice for yuor insurance please contact us and we will provide you one straight away. Kind regards
