The Experience is lacking I purchased excess/deposit reimbusment insurance. Only to find out that Goldcar do not charge an excess or a deposit when you purchase insurance through Goldcar. I was informed by a customer service rep that Aliianz are aware of this however I was directed via Monarch and Cartrawler to Allianz for excess/deposit insurance. Its a rip off so beware when booking not all hire care companies charge an excess or deposit and the insurance I was sold was uncessacary it seems it is a ploy to take money. This makes the whole experience nothing more than a rip off because you are sold somthing you do not need and is usless to you making it poor customer service by Monarch and Cartrawler. Monarch's chosen hire car provider and allianz thier insurance provider. Very unhappy indeed
