I hired a car via the website in good time for my holiday when I arrived to collect the 8 seater vehicle I required Green Motion had no record of my reservation. It took them 9hours to locate suitable vehicle and set my holiday back 24 hours. My complaint has not been dealt with anti am appalled by their lack of customer service.

Furthermore their website encourages you to book additional insurance but fails to explain this is via a third party and if you need to invoke this policy you are still obliged to pay damages then request. refund via the third party. I learnt this not from personal experience but because I spent a lot of time waiting for my car at the Green Motion office and listened to the complaints being made by the clients.

Queues were long and staff ill trained to deal with the numerous complaints made.
