Booked a car in South Africa (with Budget)via Cartrawler, paid Cartrawler 736 euro rent and 200 euro insurance in advance. 
Came home to find that a staggering 1600 eurlo had been charged on my credit card by Budget. After mailing Budget, Car Hire South Africa (a broker involved without me knowing it) and Cartrawler it appeared tob e a deposit - no one told me about it. 1272 Euro was returned, the rest was GPS and administration fees etc., but the one way fee - paid to Cartrawler - was charged by Budget as well (55 euro). Budget returned this fee after mailing with them, proving it had been paid to Cartrawler. Car Hire South Africa answered my mails and advised me. 
Cartrawler never reacted to any mail. This is bad service, wont use them again.
