They made a mistake and probably think it will go away by simply ignoring my emails about it. i The recommended link on their website isn't working so i hád to write emails instead. I do not know what to expect when i arrive at Carcassonne Apt. but if their social skills are equall to their services than i'm afraid that i paid for nothing at all....
Be wiser than me and go to someone else!!
