We used CarTrawler for the first time recently for a visit to France after trying a number of the car companies online. CarTrawler were able to get a better deal than I could by a longway, and the vehicle turned out to be better than I had requested! Sadly the rental company mucked up the final costing which caused us some stress. I contacted the folks at CarTrawler and, rather than telling me to contact the rental company directly, told me they would take up the issue for us.. Well these guys at CarTrawler investigated my issue directly with the rental company and got the overcharge sorted out. The same day they sent the Email to say they had sorted out the issue (and thanking me for my patience!) the refund appeared in my bank!. Well done guys, a very impressive and professional performance all round.
