First, You will not get car and full refund. They required full payment a week before the first rental day, meaning that we had bought the use of the car during that period, regardless of whether we ever drove it. On the other side of this contract, they were to provide the car for us whenever we arrived during the paid time period. When we pick up the car 24 hours late, they do not have it!! Even though it was not our duty to contact them, we did email and call them when we missed our last flight due to mechanical problems on two different airplanes. We did not ask them to amend our reservation, but to inform the rental company that we would be late. They emailed us that we can not amend our reservation. This is clearly an unprofessional answer and did not deal with the problem. It also shows that they did not have the right relationship with their contract company, GreenMotion.
2. Because they did not offer us a car, so we have to rent anther one with double price. Even they should pay the car that we have to rent from another company because they broken the contract, they did not fully refund what we paid.
3. They have hidden fee. When we order this rental, the pick up place was airport, not the Holiday Inn hotel. To reach GreenMotion, we had to pay 4.5 pounds per person for the bus, and it took additional time. For five persons that could cost 45 pounds for a round trip, which is not small money.
