We arrived tired to pick up car after long transatlantic flight. Did not realize the date arrived would be a day later than booked. The car had (understandably) been rented, they assumed we were not coming since they could not contact us. It was cheerfully and quickly arranged that a similar car was made available without making us feel silly for our mistake. We also left a new tablet on the counter which they saved and returned to us. All around great experience.
