I've used this site a few times, and have found it super easy to use, and the prices are unbeatable. Amendments are easy as well, though it's not clear how much lead time you need to get an amendment confirmed. I've amended through the site as well as directly with the supplier with no problems. Highly recommended.

The rental includes a free upgrade, which is nice, but not necessarily economical for me. I intentionally choose a small, manual vehicle to keep costs low, and parking easy. I would prefer to get the car I've chosen, or be given a choice whether or not to accept the free upgrade.
