All in all, the process was quite simple and quick. The price was good and the information given accurate and detailed.
I was initially led to believe that by booking through 123Hire, I would not require extra insurance, but of course not! I had a choice, but realistically I did not want to take the risk of paying the first part of any claim for theft of the car when this could be as much as £1000. So, I paid the extra amount that was not advertised in the initial very cheap appetizer.
It was also confusing to state on the web confirmation that the rental voucher my take up to 73 hours to arrive in my inbox. I need the car the next morning, so this could have been problematic. As it was the voucher was included in the 5 emails that arrived immediately in my inbox.
I would also appreciate no to have to print vouchers and actually have the option to receive the voucher on my smart phone, but perhaps that facility might be planned for the near future.
