I liked the way Car Hires searched all rental companies for best prices and availability via one web site.
My query about excess insurance was handled quickly and personally by email. Their website was clear, comprehensive and intuitive .
The confirmation and voucher was sent in minutes.
So far there is nothing I have not liked.
