I always book with carrentals.co.uk ever since the first time I used it many years ago. When I had trouble (local rental office closed on the day car was to be collected)I contacted the office by email and received excellent and prompt advice.
Having tested other rental companies to see if there was a better deal out there, there never was. Now I don't bother looking and go straight to carrentals.I have told anyone who asks to save them time and any possible problems.
One really good thing is that everything is included with no hidden extras. You know what it is going to cost.
