Process was fine. Car allocated by Europcar was OK. Fair amount of pre-existing damage to the vehicle and the interior screen of the vehicle was filthy. You definitely get the impression that you pay for what you get. After initial allocation, I could not find the vehicle which had not been parked in its apparently designated bay. Had to return to the terminal to seek assistance and eventually found the vehicle, which had been parked elsewhere.
