“Helpful Cardiff staff”

We booked and pre-payed online. The only problem was we were delayed and could'nt pick up until the following day. So forfeited one day of rental cost. We tried phoning to change but it was a convoluted menu system and we were using cell phone. The staff in Cardiff were very helpful and friendly.
One concern we have is that when we dropped the car off in Newcastle there was no inspection done.
