The booking process was tricky as each time I tried to book it said I couldn't...but then it turned out that I had.
The email confirmation and information was really good and enabled me to find the car rental booth fairly easily on arriving in Bergamo. Sadly, I had to wait over an hour in a short queue (there was only one memeber of staff there) despite having prepaid!
It was a 10min walk (not 5mins, as said by the rep) to the car and there was a helpful man showing people to thei cars as there weren't any numbers on the car parking spaces.
Returning the car was easy and I dropped the key in the key drop as the office didn't open until 7am.
