Hired the car online. Was told to meet the car hire rep at the taxi rank, though in the event he met us inside the airport terminal. We did not know in advance that we were going to be taken by minibus to our hire car which was at Orlando's depot about 5 miles away. We feel that we should have been told about this at the time we made the booking. We were offered excess protection at an extra cost of £34, which we did not take up because it seemed rather expensive, although in line with many of the other car hire firms. The cost of a one week hire of a Fiat Punto, including collision damage waiver was £77, which was good value. Overall, Orlando provided us with a perfectly satisfactory service.
