Had trouble with Dickmanns on return. They took ages to refund my deposit and then did it to my bank and not returned to my c/card. The returned money was short by some £52.00. I had emailed Dicmanns several times regarding all of the stages, they never responded.
I contacted Carjet and they dealt with the whole matter for me although it took them a while they perservered and when they could not get Dickmanns to refund the £52.00 they refunded it and said they would deduct from their payment to Dickmanns. Dickmanns have a terrible record if you read reviews on this site and others.
Use Carjet but not Dickmanns is the moto.
