They are awful!

Avoid this company like the plague. My flight was delay and then mid-flight redirected to another airport. I tried multiple times to call and tell them I was running late but no one answered.

Then next day after 10 attempts I was able to speak to someone however by then they had cancelled my booking and refused to give me either a car or a refund!

They are the skum of the earth!
