After driving the car from airport to hotel, the first car did not start on the second day of rental. Was told replacement car would arrive shortly. Spent all day at hotel waiting for replacement to arrive. Had to cancel activities, and in the afternoon, had to pay for taxis to visit the city. That evening replacement car finally arrived.

Second day we take out replacement car and after driving for a few hours, we discover it is faulty. Call local supplier all day for replacement, they rarely pick up, when they do they promise to return our call to address the issue. they never call back.

the third day we try to replace the car. we spend all trying to do this. by 8pm, we have now wasted another way waiting. Now we must travel 1hr drive to continue our holiday and cannot bring a faulty car. no replacement car forthcoming. we notify local supplier of location of faulty car & they collect.
End up paying for expensive taxis & car transfers in addition to a rental we did not have. PLUS THEY CHARGED ME FOR THE UNFILLED GAS EVEN THOUGH WE COULD NOT DRIVE THE VEHICLE BECAUSE IT WAS UNSAFE.
contact customer service - they inform us that they do not provide refunds for "early return" (clearly not the case when the cars are defective!). they refuse to answer all subsequent communications.
I simply don't see a distinction between was happened - would never use this car company again UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!
If you are planning on ignoring the bad reviews, be warned this ruined our holidays (we spend 3 of our 7 days trying to resolve this issue) before giving up and simply taking taxis / private care hire.
