I hired a car from newcastle budget avis throu cardelmar website.
First they did not give me car i reserved online.
Secondly he refused to add driver and said go back to the company you booked through.
Terrible situation happend when i went to return the car. I left the initial paper at home and he asked ne that if i dobt have that paper he will assune all damages and scratches in the car are done by me ans will charge me for them.
While i was on the phone to wife to make sure paper is in the house he processed the payment as they keep deposit of 200 when you take the car. Now i have the paper work which proves that damages on the car were from past. Now im in long 15 days process to get my money back.
Please stay away from avis/budget. I am happy to be contacted and have all documentry evidences to prove my case. Bunch of robber. Un professional and rude staff.
