I rented Budget in Miami Airport and I had lot of problems.
First of all, they don´t had the car I rented and gave me a dinosaurs (Crown Victoria) wich ate tons of gas. This was after I waited almoust an hour to pick up the car.

They charged me twice (they didn´t realized I presented a BOUCHER already paid in my country).

Then I had lot of problems with the electronic toll payment service. The credit card was "hooked" and charged me with lot of passes and to solve the issue I had to do it on my way!!!!!!!!!!! They offer the service but they don´t solve anything if you have a problem (and you are going to have...)

Please, don´t hire any service from Budget!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don´t like the customer service at all!!!!!!!!
