DO NOT USE BUDGET CAR HIRE We booked our car hire in the uk and were told we would not have to pay anything else when we arrive to collect. What load of rubbish. These guys work on commission and will try anything to con you out of your money, adding extra this and extra that onto your bill.

When we arrived we were told the vehicle we had hired was infact too small to accommodate us and were asked to pay a further $350 to upgrade. They will show you a picture of the car you have supposed to have booked (which isnt) and will scare you into upgrading.

Stick to your guns and do not pay anything extra. I will not book with them again.
