We hired a car from Johannesburg in February of this year. The hire period was for a total of 21 days. On getting to JHB we were given a Chevrolette Spark (which would not even fit one of our suitcases in. After much haggling we were upgraded. On return 3 weeks later we had a chipped windscreen (not our fault). We were then charged for a complete new windscreen and not a repair (new screen was not necessary). We also handed the car back with a FULL tank of petrol, yet were still charged because we had filled the car up in Westonaria and not Jan Smuts. The after care service I have received from these people as abomnable, and will NOT be using them again. Unfortunately we hand over our credit card details on collecting the car, giving them carte blanche to take whatever amount they wish without further explanation. Stay clear of them. They are sharks.
