Firs of all we have October and I am still havent heard any response for my complaint submitted on 12/07/15!!!!!!!My husband booked a car via telephone.Nearest branch open on Saturday was 30 min drive from my place.On place customer service assistant realised that my husband have already another car rented on his name under company he is employed for pretty much in same time so they refuse his privet hire. Which probably will be ok for us but here is not the end of our problems. Even if they was unable to provide the service they was quick enough to charge us for this!!!!!When I realise what's happens additional pre authorisation fee disappeared from my account!!!I will just remind that Avis was unable to provide any service I was charge for cause their police not taking into account the fact that someone may want use their service as employee and private person.When I was finally able to get trough extremely long waiting time to customer service ( with annoying music)and abroad connection fees. Lade instead to refund all costs took another £40.00 which they calling no show fee?????????I am still awaiting satisfactory outcome for my complain but instead I just have no pleasure moments listening annoying music on their customer ''care''helplines.
