Booked a car through Expedia. When we got to the counter the employee told me the car we booked wouldn't fit my family ( 3 of us) 2 adults and a toddler. So he went to give us an upgrade. Well he didn't mention I'd have to pay and extra $20 a day. Now I have a charge of $240.15 and Avis will not take the charge off my account. Apparently I signed this in my agreement but when the guy went over everything it was declining their insurance, providing my insurance and agreeing to bring the car back with a full tank of gas. Beware of Avis in Orlando. Also, be ready to sit for a good 30 minutes while waiting for it.
