As i am 19 it is near impossible to hire a car. But while spending hours on the internet i looked promising when i looked at Avis and they would rent a car to anyone over the age of 17. Or would they? I booked everything online except the payment would've been payed on the day of picking the car up.
So the day came,i went to the rental office game my driving licence and straight away he said that there is a problem. Apparently you have to hold a driving licence for at least 3 years. But that doesn't make sense, if you can rent the car from the age of 17 but you must hold a driving licence for at least 3 years then it means that they expect you to somehow pass you're driving test before you turn 14. Then the guy at the desk told me that he thinks that somewhere on line this information should have been enclosed and then he said he doesn't know he :DOES NOT GET INVOLVED OF WHAT HAPPENS ON LINE. This is just ridiculous
