I got out a rental on the 24th august, the car was brought back in the same condition I took it with, no scratches or anything! Now I have been waiting until this day for my deposit! Its now the 30th of sep. I am livid, will not be getting a car out with these people again ad I have children and the money is important to me, after I spent 200 pounds with avis they should treat me better, I've been back and fourth from avis to my bank and avis say they put the money back, where my bank (natwest) have said they did not refund the money (aursey)the women at avis in bristol has not been helpful at all, she keeps saying the same thing everytime. I am not a dumb person, if they put my money back I would not bee on here sayuing they didn't! I would of liked to know that this was going to happen otherwise I would of went to another car company! Standerd!
